My hands-on bodywork practice evolved from my background as a professional dancer, movement researcher, and teacher, who is fascinated by how subtle movement, rhythm, and stillness lead one towards ease, health, and the body can inherently be resourced. After experiencing the profound impact of Craniosacral Therapy in my own healing, I became inspired to study. It has attuned my sensitivity to the body’s rhythms, the potential for renewal, and how a listening touch and presence can bring us into balance.
I began focusing on my practice in March 2025, with “Practice of the Practitioner: a guide to hands-on bodywork from a craniosacral perspective.” I continue under the mentorship of Shannon Cooney.
As an emerging Practitioner, I aim to create a space for rest, renewal, and nourishment through gentle, non-invasive healing touch. When we work together, we collaborate in a subtle dance of movement and stillness, in which I intend to meet each person with care and attentiveness that supports the body’s own potential of stillness and rest.
I currently offer sessions on a sliding scale, which allows me to continue developing my practice while I continue to study and learn.
I volunteer at Community Bodywork Clinic (meta:morphsis, Berlin) and at Sistering- A Women’s Place (Toronto).

What is the Dynamic Expansion Still Point?
Dynamic Expansion Still Point (Developed by Shannon Cooney) is a non-invasive hands-on bodywork and inner listening awareness practice. Using light touch, it supports the body’s natural capacity for self-repair, regulation, and balance.
Rather than relying on pressure or manipulation, this approach is supported by a non-invasive, listening touch. Sessions help to regulate the nervous system and encourage the subtle movements of the craniosacral system, restoring flow, vitality, balance and a sense of well-being.
